I just want this exercise make me sweat and release my stress without make my legs look bigger and more muscle ,is it possible,I am normal woman with no appearance complain here,I just want sweat with no other muscle make my legs more firm

only one what make me wish to happen someday.I wish it will be competition for rowing the static exercise tools that deserve for Olympic gold ,but I doubt if could happen since,looking it static,make me look this sport like chess where the sportsman still there and moving no where

I agree this tools will make people get annoying with the same tone noise,alternatively,when you have no friends around you to talk,just put your Ipod earphone one and hit the footplates to move the fan.only move the fan now your mission,and forget a while paper work you should complete tomorrow if you want to get “new you” after the exercise done

the tools will save from the monthly tuition to the Gym,but without a trainers,can I just hire one day physician to answer all my question to avoid possible injury using this “look save indoor exercise tool??

my best moment using this exercise tool is near the pool with a sunrise on the east ,quite and just so relax ,I just wish this tools could be more quite as well,it will help me to hear the bird sing and feel the peace of freedom

I wont call 115 heavy weight limit as disadvantages to me,it is moderate,and fit for career woman like me who look for slimmer appearance and not “masculine appearance” for female one

I like the concept of adding fan on that tools at less we can turn off our AC for a while ,although I doubt ,it wont breeze as outdoor air that God made for us for free

one reason people do exercise is “Relieves stress”outdoor sport seems better to handle this job rather indoor sport like this more over with there one tone noise distortion,out door sport is not quite,but at less it has various noise that I wont call noise distortion that can initiate new stress
